Kululu Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest in joining the Kululu Affiliate Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Acceptance
   • The Kululu Affiliate Program is open to bloggers, influencers, service providers, and anyone interested in promoting Kululu to their audience.
   • All applications will be reviewed, and only genuine, high-quality promotional activities will be approved.
   • Kululu reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet our eligibility criteria.
     
2. Prohibited Activities
   • Affiliates are prohibited from using paid advertisements to retarget or promote Kululu.
   • Any attempt to promote Kululu through paid ads, including social media ads, search engine ads, or display ads aimed at retargeting, will result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
     
3. Commission and Payment
   • Eligible affiliates will earn commissions for valid referrals. However, Kululu reserves the right to withhold payment or deny commissions if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or any other reason deemed sufficient to question eligibility.
   • Payment of commissions will be processed as per Kululu’s payment schedule, provided that the affiliate adheres to all terms.
     
4. Termination and Modifications
   • Kululu reserves the right to modify or terminate this Affiliate Program and its terms at any time without prior notice.
   • Affiliates who are found in breach of these terms may have their participation terminated and forfeit any unpaid commissions.

By participating in the Kululu Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
